I am an artist, plant-based chef, refugee advocate and 20-year practitioner of yoga. Yoga has helped me enormously in my life and it brings me pure joy to teach and share my practice with others. I am excited to teach each and every class incorporating mindful intentions, strength and flexibility, and presence through breath. My hope is that students feel physically challenged and invigorated while centered and reconnected to themselves. I wholeheartedly believe, no matter where we are in our lives, that our bodies and minds are cells that are growing and changing in each moment, providing new opportunities to create positive change in our lives, our Sankalpa. My personal intention is to practice yoga and life with compassion to make the most of the space I occupy on this earth.
