I have been a yoga practitioner for 17 years. I loved yoga so much I wanted to share it with others so I decided to become certified in 2019. I am Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor with The Africa Yoga Project. I am also trained in trauma informed yoga through Exhale to Inhale and have completed Jason Crandell’s trainings: Art of sequencing and Preventing and Managing Yoga injuries. I believe what we eat greatly affects the balance of mind, body and earth. I am a plant based eater and hold a certification in Plant Based Nutrition form the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition and an Ayurveda certification from Arhanta Yoga.
Currently all classes are on-line. Classes are $5 for a drop in or $20 for the month for unlimited classes which can be paid by Venmo at Cynthia-Davis-26.

Power Asana Flow, Wednesdays 5:00-6:10 PM (Please bring a towel and water.)
International Power Flow, Fridays 8:30-9:30 AM (Please bring a towel and water.)
